Today at work we started a wellness program and had to weigh in at the local hospital fitness center. Their scale weighed me 7 more pounds than my scale at home. They are both digital. Why do doctor's scales always weigh you more than at home?? I think its a setup.

:glasses: Oh man........the first thing I learned was to only weigh myself on my scale, in the morning, after using the bathroom. If I go to the drs office, I ask them not to tell me the number :flowerforyou:0

Do you normally wear clothes when you weigh at home? That's the difference between my home scale and the dr. scale.0

Kim-might be the time of day and the day of the week. My weight fluctuates a lot during the week. Sometimes water weight can add 5-8 lbs!0
