Hi all. Just wanted to intro myself. I'm Mooz from Canada. I joined last night after some advice from a co-worker. She noticed me tracking calories in a journal and suggested the iPhone app for this site so I dove in. I still can't belive all if this is free! I was waiting for the payment part of the registration and it never came. lol!

Anyway, I'm just looking to get and give support on this journey to a healthier me. 40 is around the corner and I don't want to turn 40 being morbidly obese.
