Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say hello and good morning to all of you sexy people !

I am curious to know what y'all are doing to get or keep your beautiful selfs in shape.

I'm getting a little bored with my workout routine and want to change things up a bit.

I would love to here about your workouts, diet and what's really working for everyone!!!

    I eat primal, run, do yoga, and lift heavy.

    I try to change things up when I get bored. I rotate routines to fit my mood. I make things harder when it's feeling too easy. The nature of my work dosen't give me a lot of time for the gym so I don't belong to one. But I work out to videos at home. Dance, extreme, etc....I also walk, bike, etc too. I feel so much better about myself and in general as long as I do something. Endorphins, right? Natural feel good thingys...anyway, maybe that will help I hope so. If not maybe someone else has a better idea...!!!!!

    I'm pretty sure that what makes me sexy is scotch. The more he has, the sexier I get.







    To make me happy, I lift heavy and swim.

    No special diet beyond meeting my macro and micro requirements, staying within my calorie requirements, and not stress some weird plan that isn't sustainable for life or that cuts out an entire food group.

    ya! Attitude first of all!

    I hike, run, dance and started weight training.

    And cutting out drinking since I am finding it impedes everything.

    Agree to disagree Karen! You are far more than just attitude darlin! :) LOL!

    So is this a girls thread or can us boys play too? I hope we can! My 1st secret is my hair cut, 2nd is my somewhat unique facial hair and 3rd is my naughtiness! Close 4th is all the other stuff that adds up to my lifestyle choices and that list is long and deep......

    Not saying I know an iota about women since I'm from Mars and ya'll are from Venus! ;) .... I've been married 23 years and still learn something about her daily!....... So all I know is judging a book by it's cover is as shallow of a Hal response as thinking a Barbie doll is proportioned well or beauty is skin deep! IMO society augments these thought trains unfortunately and skews what our youngins should "think or deem" what is beautiful and such! To me beauty is a package deal and it has so much more to do than how exactly you look....it's vibes you emanate, the brains you exhibit, how you hold your heart and everything else that makes up the package of you and you alone. :D But I ramble! Good thread! :D

    But I reckon I got off topic a bit. My workouts involve a lot of things that add up to "life style" choices. Often it's building Jeeps, buggies or extreme rock crawling in them, running, weights and other normal things too. Diet I think equals one aspect of life style and I don't eat red or dark meat, cut out 90-95 of dairy and processed foods, no fast food and only a glass of wine or cocktail on occasion. Lots of certain types of nuts, veggies, fruits etc. If the word diet must be used it's more of a "whole foods" style or what some call eating a "Mediterranean" diet mixed with a "DASH" diet......
