80 pounds down, so far :)

I started losing weight last October, I was at my highest weight ever 399. I saw that and I said to my self something needs to change, I didn't want to be that heavy. So I started a calorie journal, this was before i knew about this site. My cousin really helped me, she is doing weight watchers but i cant really afford that at them moment. So she told me to do the calorie counting. It was really easy and it made me aware of what i was eating. I found this site a few months ago thanks to my cousin once again lol. By that time i was well into my weight loss. So my counter on here doesn't reflect the weight I lost, only the weight I've lost recently. I've had some setbacks with plateau's but I just pushed through them. I still have a ways to go my goal right now is 200, so I'm almost half way there. The first picture is from my college graduation, I look at it now and cant believe I let myself get like that. I've always struggled with my weight ever since I was a little kid, but now is time for change and for a better me. I was kind of scared to post this on here, just because I guess I've always been a bit self-conscious. But I looked at some of the others on here, and decided to go for it and let others see my weight loss so far. :happy:
