Hello all,
I'm Trey, and I've been using the myfitnesspal app for just over a month.
A bit of background: I played hockey in an adult league this past season for the first time since I was 16 (I'm 29 now). Loved it, but realized I didn't have enough quickness or energy for it. My wife has always gotten after me about my weight, but I think playing sports again is the thing that really got me motivated to start dropping pounds.
My problem is I LOVE food. I'm not much of a snacker, but I tend to make the most out of each meal! The app has helped me curb the temptation to overdo it for the most part, and thankfully I'm down 7 lbs since March 17. My goal is to lose 33 more lbs by September 1.
I'd love to encourage you if you're feeling the strain of dieting/exercise/lifestyle changes/etc! If you'd like, feel free to message/add me.

You can lose it in no time.0 -
funny thing I had gone back to playing Racquetball a few years ago and realised I had lost a step. Started taking pump
and spin classes to get back into shape.. They got rid of the Rball courts but I kept up with the classes. I love the classes more than i ever loved
Rball. Might happen to you.0 -
Thanks, I have never really set a weight-losing goal and actually tried to execute! It's kind of exciting!
If anything, I look forward to clothes shopping in a few months :laugh:0
