I'm considering ordering it and I was curious if anyone's tried it and what your results were?

I just finished week 4 and one day into the "recovery" week. So far I'm loving the program because I can just pop in the DVD and go. It's pretty much all cardio and by the end of each DVD I'm toast, but my results have been great so far. I've actually gained 5 pounds, but lost three inches on my waist. From what I've read in other reviews the weight loss comes on in month 2. My legs have gotten a lot stronger and my asthma has improved a lot in just one month too. There's a lot of jumping and changing levels so if you have joint problems check in with your doctor.
With that all said, give it a shot. The workouts are very intense, but they do give great results. There's also a money back guarantee (so save ALL the packaging) and if you don't like it you're only out the shipping and handling. Good Luck0 -
I am also in the recovery week, I have had great results. Not only have I lost weight , my flexibility and endurance has vastly improved. Also, i have always lifted weights and I still do only a few times a week now but didn't for the 1st 3 weeks. I thought I would be weak from all the cardio and possible muscle loss but I was wrong. I actually have gotten stronger. Recommend highly if you are motivated. I work out first thing in the morning and am on a high all day leaving me to consider an evening extra workout as well. Good luck friend me if you like. Its good to mix in something else too0

I am in week 4 and have a love/hate relationship with it. I love the results I am getting but to push play I hate it just because it is hard work - BUT SO WORTH IT!! I am tracking my progress on Facebook if you want to follow me www.facebook.com/fitandfabmomma I post pics of me at least 3 times a week to show comparison - let me know if you have any questions - I would also love an accountibilty partner to do this with so we can encourage each other:happy:0

I ompleted the program about 2 weeks ago. I decided to do it all over again because I like the definition I'm getting out of it. I lost 7 pounds and 5 1/2 inches. I enjoy sweating through it. It's hard, but it takes time, so don't give up! I'm looking to buy Asylum now but I won't pay full price, so I'm shopping around for it. You can buy them on craigslist, ebay, facebook pages of yardsales and such. Don't pay full price for it.0

I am on Week 3 Day 2
So far with Insanity I've dropped a couple pounds and lost a few inches. I can already see some change happening in my stomach and my strength & stamina improves weekly. It is hard work but so worth it from my experience so far.0 -
I have a little less than two weeks left. I haven't lost much weight but am getting great results inches wise. I'm down 8 lbs and have gone from a size 12 to a 7-80

LOVE IT!!!!! I'm on the first week of Month 2 - So far, I've lost quite a few inches and a total of 20 lbs (but I think I lost about 5 before I started the program). The workouts are super intense but they are fun, and the results are definitely worth it. I feel stronger and I have a lot more definition, especially in my arms and my abs, than I EVER did before - and I had a baby 2 years ago!! This is the best I've looked EVER. :-) Definitely give it a try!0

I am on day 4 of month 1. I just started and so far I have a little soreness, but overall good. I wouldn't pay full price for it, so like people said shop around. Make sure you up your calorie intake by about 200-300 per day as you will use it all.0 -
How do you guys track your insanity workout in myfitnessapp?0

How do you guys track your insanity workout in myfitnessapp?
I use the Calisthenic vigorous workout. 40 minutes for month 1, 60 minutes for month 2.0 -
I finished it last summer. I'm 5'2" and started off at 129lbs and finished at about 115. It was one of the best decisions I made to help propel me on my fitness journey. It is a challenge. I am currently doing Insanity: The Asylum vol. 1. I can't get enough! I would definitely recommend it if it is something you are willing to stick to. Best of luck on your decision!0

Saw my brother yesterday who has been doing it since about Christmas. He has lost a ton of weight, has broad shoulders and a narrow waist now, and he looked so confident. I've been pressing cardio hard already with a treadmill, so I'm a little leary of a cardio based workout, I need to focus more on weights, I think but it seems like a great program!0
