My name is Stefanie. I started on this website last year with the hopes of losing weight. Needless to say like everyone else I have backslid and needing to start over again. I had a wake up call on Sunday. I had to go to the Urgent Care with Abdominal Pain. My B/P was through the roof and I had gained over 17lbs in the past 2 mths!!!! I was blown away!! I thought I was pregnant. So needless to say, I'm looking to rebuild my support group and do this for real this time.

    Hope it was nothing serious or that cannot be treated. Wake up calls can be very motivating and can mark a turning point in your life. What kind of diet exercise plan do you plan to follow?
