Calories burned with Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets 20 minut

Hi all. I've just begun using MFP a few days ago and love it. It is really motivating me because I feel "accountable" to myself and others.
I'm a 70 yo female with 50 pounds to lose. I've been going to the gym and using elliptical-like Arc Trainer and Octane Fitness machines. I also want to get back to my ball and weights with Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets 20-minute workout DVD.
Does anyone have an "educated guess" on calories burned for Gunner's Core Secret's Workout? If 25 minute of Pilates burns 98 calories (data on this site), then I'm thinking Core Secrets should be burning between 100-150 calories since it combines weights and cardio in a non-stop circuit training pace. Without actual data, I'll record 100 calories.
Any ideas? I've searched the internet and can't find data on calories burned with this workout.
Thanks,
Joy

Sorry to raise a dead topic, but I'm getting back to Core Secrets along with several other things. Wish we had a really good idea, though. I'm balancing calories and exercise. The 20 minute doesn't get me sweating much, but certainly is a good place to get started again. My muscles definitely feel it!0
