Just started 30 day shred by Jillian over again last week. Took a break and was doing the shed and shred but needed a break from that one too. Repitition gets boring sometimes. Best two I've done lately.

I do and like rockin body and p90x. Found you do need some equipment for p90x, but like it a lot!

Insanity is tough but a good workout. Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and Les Mills Combat are the most fun workouts IMO.

    Supreme 90 day.

Set is under $20 at Walmart or target.

Excellent set. I am on day 44.

    I like Jackie Warner!
  • I love Turbo Jam. There's a great variety, so you don't get bored. It's not too challenging but you can push yourself to get a great workout. There's cardio, strength, abs, everything, and Chalene is charming.

What do you like and what are your goals? There are so many out there to choose from, so this may help narrow it down a bit
