Hey guys, I was wondering, has anyone ever gotten involved with one of these..? I was just curious as to what your experience with it was! I am considering doing it. Is it helpful? I am considering doing turbo-fire. Is it helpful, or would it be still motivating to do it on your own?

The challenge packs are basically just the program + a month's worth of supplements (Shakeology and sometimes others depending on which one). Basically whether or not they're worth the money depend on whether or not you buy into the whole thing about how Shakeology is a magical super food which will make or break your weight loss/fitness efforts.
Personally I think that if you do buy into that, I have some nice swamp land in Florida to sell you...0 -
YES! I love my beachbody programs! I LOVE turbofire and I use shakeology daily!!! its SO worth it! My shakeology is my breakfast on the go, all my nutrients that I'm missing for the day and the best thing is that Its my cheat thats NOT a cheat... its my chocolate/sweet tooth fix!!!
I've been using turbofire since it came out and still use it... still love it! Insanity is the same way, great program. p90x is tough to motivate thorough but works and is good. I would suggest something that you think is fun and I think turbo is definitely the way to go!0 -
I love the programs but the supplements and protein shakes are overpriced. You can find adequate substitutes at a vitamin store or online for a 1/3 of the price. Shakeology and their vitamins are nothing special. Also, if you understand what you eat, you can hit all your macro' and micro nutrients without issue.
BTW, I have body beast, P90X, P90X2, CLX, Les Mills Combat and Insanity. So I think the programs are effective.0 -
I've tried EVERYTHING! I've done the 30 day shred, I've done gyms and groups...
Nothing is better than my turbo and my bb community!!!
I host monthly challenge groups on facebook that are the best motivational/ accountability tool I've ever stumbled upon.
my turbo has now with all the use its gotten has only pennies or fractions of pennies a day! Totally worth it!0 -

Turbo Fire is a BLAST!!! I've done that program, as well as Insanity, BodyCombat and Turbo Jam. The challenge packs are overpriced, in my opinion; I agree with the person who recommended getting supplements elsewhere. Turbo Fire is a great place to start - it's a more advanced cardio workout, so make sure to be careful and maybe do the lower impact version to start. Beachbody is awesome and they have tons of fun workout programs - have fun!!!0

Hi there! I actually bought the Beach Body Slim in 6 set. I just got the basic set. I think it was about $30 when I ordered and than they charged another $20 30 days later because I broke the payment up into 2. With this program there are 3 different levels. You do the first one for 2 weeks. I believe with the warm up, exercise & cool down it is about a 35 minute routine. After the first 2 weeks you move to level 2 for another 2 weeks. This one I believe is 55 minutes. The final 2 weeks of the 6 you do level 3. I haven't made it to this level but I imagine it's about 65 or so minutes total. The goal is to workout 6 days and than take 1 day off. I bought this program in February & started it about the end of February. After the first 2 weeks I did notice a difference but I had to take a break due to health issues. I treied again and made it through week 3 before the same health issues kicked in again. I haven't tried again yet but I will say I lost about 6 pounds during my off and on time. I slimmed down and my muffin top is pretty much gone. I think if you can commit than one of the programs would be good for you. The company is a good company as well.
I hope this helps!0 -

Oh yes! For years! Ive always enjoyed fitness. Started out in my late teens, early twenties in the gym. After 2 kids and a full time job, a side job and school... I found beachbody!!! Changed my world! I recently had a fitness class last semester that I had to get "x" hours in per week weight training. I've done lots of studying on it and spent lots of time doing it... just not as fun or productive or flexible as my beachbody programs.0
