I am 5'4
I started at 191bs, back in Jan 2012 - didn't take any measurements b/c that would have been too scary.
Now I am 130
Bust - 34.75
Waist - 30.5
Hips 34.5
Trying to tone up and loose the last 5lbs....0 -
I'm about 120 lb
Chest: 36"
Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"
I want that !!!!

Apparently I'm curvy...
I'm 5'4" and weigh about 129 lbs right now.
When I started, I weighed about 178 lbs and took my measurements, though I can't remember them exactly, but they were somewhere around these:
Bust- Somewhere right around 39/40"
Waist- I think it was 32"
Hips- Around 41/42"
Thigh- 27"
My measurements now:
Bust- 35/36" (Somewhere there, I forgot to write that one down the last time I took it)
Waist- 27.5"
Hips- 38.5"
Thigh- 22"0 -

Are pics welcome? I've only just compared an old pic of me to a new one and am a little astounded. Honestly couldnt see a difference in myself until now. I've never wanted to loose a huge amount of weight just a few kgs so im pretty please with my results...

any advice on losing the last few pounds?! i'm considering doing something more with my diet... like, upping the protein or something, i really don't want to cut out anything... (though cookies have got to go!)

I guess this is where "tone" makes a difference. Same weight and height as you, but 2 inches bigger in all areas...and I am 660
