Not a "road mapper" but in general my opinions are as follows:
He seems to think that people who support thermodynamics are by default neglecting macronutrients.
I think this is a pretty common misconception. There are plenty of people who preach a thermodynamic model who also stress the importance of macronutrients.
The statement that it is always better to increase muscle mass to improve body composition is completely lacking in context. A scrawny underweight person will have an entirely different strategy than an overfat powerlifter, just as one contrasting example. (In the latter case, losing fat will improve body composition a lot more than bulking will).
The last quote that a female client gained 23lbs of muscle in 9 weeks basically just threw any ounce of credibility that this person has, out the effing window as that's just ridiculous.
But having said that, not everything in the article was bad.0 -

I agree. That was a ridiculous statement. Someone I know posted this and I think it was mainly in my response to several asking about losing weight. I am into trying to find your TDEE and not following a 1200 calorie diet. She was saying when she was competing there were times she couldnt eat that much then said how she didnt count her greens.
At any rate, I found it interesting but not sure what I agree with.0 -
It's always amazing when people post these scientific information while they are selling a product. And if any of this true, this site wouldn't exist. I will say I LOL'd at the facebook comments.0

The same place you buy your green tea extract!0 -
I think that everything I need to know about being healthy, I have so far learned already from the knowledgeable folks on the site. I like the simplicity of what I have learned so far and would rather not complicate it with bro science. What I have learned and am applying is working for me so why ruin it by listening to bro science?0
