I have the chance to purchase some ground water buffalo. Does anyone happen to know the nutritional information for it. MFP only has roast water buffalo, I didn't know if it would be similar. I think it was 3oz for 111 calories.

    It depends on which part you grind. Hooves or fins? LOL

    I would just count it the same as grass fed beef

    Sounds about right considering the low fat content of regular round, which for 3 oz has about 85 calories and just over a gram of fat. If it looks real lean I would go with your guesstimate.
