Help!! Need Motivation!!!

Hi!
I have been using MFP for a few months now and have been through a multiple cycles of loosing a few pounds and then gaining them back and sometimes more. I can't even shake 10 lbs! But after a recent relapse I have decided the it's time to end the cycle! So in short, I am looking for some from friends to help me stay on track and motivated!!

    Just remember, anything is possible if you put your mind to it. You can do it, just don't give up!
  • Maybe change your workouts or try some new recipes to give you a kickstart again and remember how good you feel when you eat well etc. don't sabotage yourself, keep going!!!! Best : )

    I'm finding when I write absolutely everything down that I eat and I make a point of showing it to someone at the end of the week, I'm much less apt to relapse and binge! My go-to person (in this case, it's my trainer) puts notes on the report from MFP that I print, and I review it all with him.

    Hi, I have sent you a friend request. Just know that results are sometimes not as fast and immediate as we want but if you stay the course and use portion control and exercise you will see the results. Trust in the process. Measure your progress through other ways not only the scale. Also I really like this quote from a youtuber that uplifts me to never give up.
