Need some motivation...

I really need some motivation for the next couple of days. I'm home and between jobs, and don't start work again until Friday. Being home alone all day, I've been eating out of boredom. And the treadmill just hasn't looked all that appealing the past few days. I was enjoying my workouts on it, but I think I've gotten bored with it. I need some help and motivation to keep me going.

Read a good book while on the treadmill. I know what you are saying about being bored and eating. I have that issue on weekends. I quilt so I have been trying to keep occupied with that. Because I live in Wisconsin, it has not been real good weather to start my walks in the park. I work until 5:30 and by the time I get dinner done and dishes done, it is dark and I won't go out. I wish I had a treadmill but with double knee replacement I'm not sure that I should be using one. Hang in there; when you start working, you will be too busy to think about food.0

Change it up the girlie!!
download some workout apps and try them out or go on to YouTube and find some videos. Even just some quick 20 minute things!
Hell I would Kill some snails to get some days at home!!!!
I eat out of boredome too but OMG the thought of that free time to get an extra workout in?!?1 holy cats, I'm JELS.
Try making a schdule for yourself - write everything down including meals and workouts as well as whatever else you are doing on the day (ie: sweeping, brushing cats, watching TV) and set alarms.
Time at home is also a great chance to scrub the floors, tub, and moulding. Wanna come over? :)0 -
