Excersice on hold....LAME

So I had to have an ingrown toenail fixed today......Which means my Body Revolution journey is on hold. I am so disappointed. I really hate missing days because I feel like I will lose motivation.

Maybe I can focus on abs and upper body??

Would you start off where you had to stop or would you take the few daysoff to recover and then pick up where you should be with the schedule?

    I'd do whatever you can in the mean time so you don't lose motivation or momentum.

    I was hit by a car last week and have been having back problems and ankle problems. So instead of biking and running like I used to, I just walk for as long as I can. It's not the same, but it's something.
