ue 04/23/13 10:10 PMIn the beginning of the year i was 188. I lost 8 pounds in one week of constant working out and then i have no idea how i lost the 6.. Hahaha but i weigh 176 currently. i stopped working out and eating right for a while. I lost motivation. I really want to lose weight. Im ready to do what i have to do. What are good. EASY recipes (Im not a fantastic chef), what are some good detox plans? I heard of one its called mango detox. Its green tea infused with ginger roots and slices of mangos. I heard its really good. Any others?(: i could also use some motivators.. If you would add me that would be GREAT!(: Seeing your weight loss will definitely encourage me(: thank you!

I started at 181 and am now at 161, I'm shooting to lose 50, too!
I would highly suggest checking out the Hungry Girl cookbooks, she has amazing recipes!
Best of luck!

Hello! I am looking to lose 50 total pounds...I'm stuck at about 13 (haven't updated my weight but after a 5 week plateau, I lost 6 and then it went back up 4).
I am not a great cook but I came up with a fantastic oatmeal pancake recipe that I eat daily. It keeps me full and is great post workout. It is about 350 calories, 60 carbs, 21 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and >250mg of sodium
Mash up 1 banana in a bowl, add in 1/2 cup of rolled oats, and 1/3 cup egg whites or 2 eggs (will be higher calorie/fat content). You can also add in any extras you want, but I do 2 tbs PB2, cinnamon to taste, and blueberries. You mix it all together and put them on a griddle like pancakes. They take a little longer to cook, but they are delicious and total prep/cook time is less than 15 minutes.0
