Haha got your attention nooww When youre so angry or so upset what do you do?? I need am alternative than making holes in the door.(I got in trouble but it was worth getting all this pain out you now. It can be fitness related or anything. :)

    The punching bag is a great idea. I almost hate to suggest this, but you can pretend that the punching bag is whomever or whatever you're mad at. I'm sure that would give you a great cardio workout.
