My school day: Simple, healthy, semisweet snacks? <3

I want something I can snack on during the day, especially school. This way, I think I won't pig out as soon as I drop my bag at home (-.-) Im also looking for homemade recipes because I don't trust whats in store bought snacks. It'd be nice to know what you're truly consuming you know? :)

Mahalo [= Ideas are greatly appreciated!

For work, i take with me one of these options:
1- a handful of dried fruits (2 dried figs, 4 dried abricots and 2-3 walnuts/almonds)
2- a fat free fruit yoghurt
    3- a fruit (apple, strawberries
4- a portion of corn flakes (ex: Nestle Fitness) that I eat like chips :)
5- baby carrots / cucumber slices
6- a cereal bar (low fat)

Thank you for your ideas :) I'll try the cereal bar tomorrow :)

If you can find them, try toasted almonds! They're semi sweet (and the best nuts evr) also I second the cereal bars.

I love part-skim cheese sticks and greek yogurt. Fruit and almonds are also great. If you want a 200cal snack KIND bars are super tasty and made of real food, as well as being sweet.
