One of my all time favorites. I wish she would do a follow up. I loved it for calorie burn, but against popular belief, I found the plyometrics to be much much better for my lower body which tends to bulk up (yes I know women arent suppose to be able to bulk up, but my legs do). I did get to a point where I started doing it with weights to up some intensity, but that was kind of .... well ... it just doesn't work.0

Yes - I love it! It's a great workout. It has a lot of jumping moves, so maybe not ideal if you live in an upstairs apartment, but that's not a prob for me.0
