About Me
I am 21 years old when I was 18 I was a size 8-10 but as soon as I started working in an office and had my own home the weight just piled on. I love bad food...pizza, kebabs, pepperamis, coke and bread! I am 5ft 6 and I got up to 12 stone a couple of years ago and felt disgusting! I was going on holiday and set myself a goal to lose a stone in 2 months and I did by counting my calories and taking capsiplex, I lost the weight but piled it all back on and more after my holiday. I have now reached nearly 14 stone! I feel disgusted with myself and realised I needed to change, I am getting married next April and really want to get to a size 10 not a 16! I am going on the wii fit every other day and burning 200 calories each time, it isn't a lot but I'm getting there!

Why I Want To Get In Shape
To not be embarrassed all the time
To be able to wear my wedding dress with pride
To be a good example to others
To fit into my old jeans!

My Inspirations
To look fab in my wedding dress
To feel energetic and not sluggish

P.s I started last week and have lost 6lbs!

Congrats on your start and welcome to the group.

One bit of advice. If you are a goal setter remember to *continue* to set goals. For example if your goal is to do something by your wedding, "congrats on that also" when that comes then what is next. What I have found for myself is it is so easy to "quit" once you have reached a time goal you have set for yourself. When you have reached your first goal for example wedding, then set a goal of "I will maintain my weight within XX lbs for 4 months". After that you may say I want to gain XX lbs along with get stronger "lift more weight" within YY months. Point is to always have something to work for to keep you motivated. It is to easy to stop if it is just something like "I want to look good", make the goal quantifiable.
