Hello Again

Hello my name is Lori and I have been here before. I started working out and eating right 2 years ago I surpassed my goal weight more then I ever thought I would. I started at 150 and got down to 118 at my lowest. I got a new job and didn't have as much time anymore so stopped working out and my food choices are not as good because of my environment. I stayed at about 120 for a year and a half which I was fine with. But now over the last 6 months I have gained 10 pounds and am back up to 130 and do not like what I see any more. I was thrilled at one point to put on size 4 pants but now they are getting a bit small. I am trying to start this over. I have started the P90X program again but I don't have the time to do it every day. So I am doing it 2 - 3 times a week
I feel like it's not enough. I feel like I will not see the good results I did last time. I need help and encouragement and I hope I can stay with it. I want to like myself again.

honestly with the support people give here i dont see you having a problem meeting your goals its helped me greatly! just add motivated friends who offer you support : )0
