Hi everyone! I'm new here but not new to weight loss and calorie counting. I have been using another site but was temped over here but the iPhone ap!
I lost just over 2 stone last year but since around September I've gained back 10 lbs and have been struggling to get back on track - I know what I need to do I just can't seem to put it into practice!
I would like to lose 10-15lbs by paying attention to what and how much I am eating, but I also want to make a real effort with exercise - cardio and resistance training - particularity HIIT and heavy weight lifting to get in shape.
I'm loving the site and forums so far!

Hello and welcome!
I'm new here, I'm 59yrs old and would like to know, if i walk for 30mins at a slow pace, how many calories could i expect to lose? could you help me on this, thx0 -
Welcome to you both. Lighthouse1 if you click on the exercise tab, you can put walking into the search. It will show different speeds. Click on the slow one and put in your 30 minutes and it will give you the calories lost.0
