NSV...jogging

My NSV today was jogging for 17 minutes straight on my usual walking route. It felt great today. I even jogged uphill which I detest! I kept telling myself "if you get to that point you can walk" then I would pass the point and still feel strong. This is the longest I have jogged asI usually just walk the route at 4mph. In the back of my mind I am mulling over challenging myself to a 5K. Hmmm...

    Great! I am on wk 4 of a c25k and felt pretty good also today......

    Love it!! I too have discovered that jogging isn't that bad and the more I am doing it the better I am liking it!! ONe of my goals is to run a 5 k by the end of the year!!

    Thanks. I have always hated running, even in high school. I am finding late in life that I may like it a little afterall. :smile:
