I am new to my fitness pal and have a question

I have this dvd Walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone (it has 1 mile upbeat walk, then it has 3 other workouts you can do. i did the 1st one (the one mile one) but i dont know how to add it to fitness pal. or how many calories i burned. can anyone tell me how thank you

    I suggest using Brisk Walking 3.5 mph and entering the number of minutes the workout is...it will calculate approximate calories burned.

    Her website states that you will burn approximately 100 calories per mile, and her miles are done in 15 minutes, so the previous poster is correct. Use either a 3.5mph or 4mph selection, and you should be pretty close to accurate.
