30 Day Shred Results w/ Pictures

Hello there everyone!

A little about me, I'm 5'3.5 ( yes that .5 matters) My starting weight was 167 lbs, the highest I've ever been. I see a lot of others this weight who has had multiple babies and i am only this weight because of my love of computer games and ice cream.

My wife is gone away for 9 weeks of training so i thought i'd give myself a 9 week challenge! I started the 30 day shred about 14 days ago. I am doing 5 days on 2 rests, 5 days on 2 rests. Also am adding about 30 mins of cardio with my gazelle walker, eating healthy of min 1200-1600 calories a day depending on my exercise.

here are my results from Level 1 of the 30 day shred, today was the first day of Level 2, I will be adding more results :)

I am now 160, and lost 11 inches all over from head to toe! From April 6th to Today (april 24th)

In Inches here are my measurements

    Awesome work. 30 Day Shred is a great program. I am on Level 3 day 1.

    I can't see the pics here at work but know you look awesome by the measurements. I'm on L1D8 and I measured just for kicks last night after my workout and couldn't believe I had already lost an inch in my waist. I looked at my measuring tape for a while thinking this can't be right.. IS IT?!! I just am so shocked that I would have lost already just one week in. I'm glad I saw your results because I might not be that crazy after all.. Thanks for posting =)

  • Hi everyone!! I just took all my measurements and "before" photos for 30 day shred, and just completed the first workout.. It was both easier and harder than i thought it would be haha I thought I would post here for motivation.. Like so I don't quit, since I am posting my before ictures, I've gotta post my afters as well!! If I can figure out how to post a picture... :(

    I'm doing this to tone up for my wedding in June! I'm not big, but I wouldn't mind losing a couple inches off my belly or thighs or hips, and toning my arms up a bit.. Anyway, my start weight is 134, height 5'6 (not like that will change.. lol), chest 35.5", ribs 29", waist 30", belly 36" (so sad...), hips 40", thighs 23", arms 10".

    I'll post my before pics when I figure it out haha

    I'm heavier than you, have only lost 4lbs, but measurements
    Chest =.5"
    Waist = -2"
    Belly = -1"
    Thighs = 1.75"
    Arms= -1"

    30DS would go in cardio under circuit training ;)

    I'd really suggest using a HRM, and creating your own exercise under 'cardio'.. I am halfway through level 2, and I have found that the calories burned numbers can fluctuate a bit for some reason.
