A fork or a spoon?

I vote fork. I attribute it to eating less IMO.

    A fork but in our house a knife typically is used along with it as the fork is turned over. BTW, the bites are smaller that way ;)

    Oh it definitely makes you eat less, I find when I eat soup with a fork I'm hardly eating anything at all.
