Hi everyone,

Since February, I've lost 17 pounds and now for some reason I'm really struggling to get back on track. I still have about 40 pounds to lose. Can anyone give me some words of wisdom to help me get back on track and to give me some confidence in knowing that I CAN lose those 40 pounds?

Thanks everyone.

Lauren

Think about why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. Remember the things that carried you along in your first 17 lbs. Renew your commitment. Think of a special reward you can give yourself for another 10 or even 5 lb. loss.

When all else fails "Just do it" even if you don't "feel" like it.

    Good luck

I am having a hard time also. Maybe we could motivate each other to get the job done! Its hard to get back to it, but I always feel better when I do. I just need to force myself to do it. I also do a lot better when I have a partner or someone to hold me accountable. Good luck to you!
