Insanity workout schedule question

Tomorrow I am scheduled for cardio recovery, and Pure cardio/cardio abs on Friday. Due to my work schedule, I find myself with more time tomorrow morning than I do on Friday morning. Is it ok to flip flop these two days? I am in week 4 of month 1. Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm sure it will be ok, just wanted somebody else's opinion.

    It should be fine to switch it up a little. That what I did once and a while when I was doing insanity.
