I have lost 7 lbs and gained a bit of muscle with my cardio and Nexersys routine in 5 weeks. Added hydroxycut to help increase my metabolism and calorie burn. Have not experienced any side effects. Would like your thoughts if you used it.

waste of money
diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight an d keep it off
theres no magic pill0 -
I used the sprinkles and its the second time in over 20 years that something actually help me lose some pounds other than the green coffee bean. Everything ELSE in 20 years has been a waste of money for me. It's not a waste of money for everybody who tries it, somebody out of the thousands of people who buy it will be helped. They get really good reviews, and I think they are not fake reviews.0

aaaaaalllllllllong time ago, yrs ago and it made my heart beat super fast and i felt nauseated when i used it. I don't use diet pills cuz they make me sick literally. I personally just stick with 1200 cals and work out and water!!:drinker:0

Supplements helps lots of people in addition to diet and exercise, glucomannan fiber is excellent in giving you a full feeling. When I stall for months and months at a time, adding something helps push me along.0

Not using. And my immediate thought is no. But I have weird reactions to things like this. Namely they make me feel jittery, and don't really have any other effect than making me feel cracked out. I think they aren't worth it, and with a little research and goal setting you could come up with a better, more sustainable plan that doesn't involve Hydroxycut, but still gets you results.0

Newb gains? Just wondering because you can't build/gain muscle on a deficit.0

I love Hydroxycut, I think its a good way to get a good headstart, or help break a plateau. Its not for everyone though.0

They have taken that stuff out, even tho some people still may not be able to use them. Those chewy gummies are pretty good too but I hate gummy like stuff, so the sprinkles are perfect for me.0

it landed my co-worker in the hospital, so I would never recommend the stuff.0

I tried it and GAINED a pound lol. It made me hungrier. And when I upped the dose and took 2 pills at once, I couldn't get off the couch for almost 2 hours. I felt like my stomach was being ripped to shreds. I took it 5 years ago before the took out the stuff that made it work and I did lose 10lbs in 2 weeks, but it was all water weight and came right back.0

snake oil
once you're finished, try a sensible diet, exercise and you know, that sort of thing0 -
In my opinion, anything capable of actually immediately increasing your metabolism seems like a potentially dangerous thing.
The "good" news is, I doubt that stuff is capable of actually increasing your metabolism.0 -

That is what i dont understand. I am coming in at a 200 to 300 defecit daily with the included exercise. And I can see and feel my muscles have slightly built up. I definitely lost weight around my stomach 4 pack starting to show a bit. Pretty much that is where i want to lse it. So I assume the right combination 40 40 20 (protein carbs fat) is working the way it is supposed to??
Thanks all0 -
Yep beach agreed - the right diet cardio and mma type training I am doing are the real benefits I am sure0

My first thought too. Probably increased muscle glycogen/water storage. Very unlikely true muscle gain.0 -
Thanks everyone for your advice and thoughts. Either or - I am feeling good and see a difference for the better. As far as hydroxycut - I'll stick with my vitamins and forgo this stuff.0
