i started the 5:2 yesterday , my fast days are tuesday,s and thursday's .

They have a group page. Just to to Community, then Groups, then do a search for fasting & I think you'll find it, or maybe 5:2.0

No problem, but if you haven't already, you might want to check out the info at this link. I was thinking of doing the intermittent fasting as well, until I read that women (unless they're obese) actually have unhealthy results from it.

Thanks for posting this. I used to do intermittent fasting and it was hell for me on the 500 calorie days. I was moody, had no energy, and could barely get out of bed on those days. I spent all day thinking about how hungry I was. This probably explains why0 -
When I fast or do less than 1200 calories per day, I do not lose weight, as my body actually slows down and starts to store.... If I maintain approx. 1200 calories, I lose more weight. Not saying this is for everyone, but just trial and error for myself since starting February 1 and losing 14 lbs or the 30 lbs that I am going to lose.0
