WHy am I not see result

Why am I not see my weight loss but the scale says I have lost weight. I have only been doing cardio for a hour every day for the past 3 week. My diet has been good with a couple of slip up but always got back. SO far I lost 15 pounds according to the scale but I don't see the results on my body or feel it.

    Remember that you see yourself everyday, so it will be hard to notice the changes. Try taking measurements and see if that helps! It has helped me see the changes. Or take before, during and after pictures. You will be amazed the difference it shows!

    I am the same way. Other people notice and comment. I am wearing a smaller size. But when I look in the mirror, I don't see it.

    We are our own worst critics. You look at yourself every day and you will, unfortunately, be one of the last to see that you have lost.

    Try more objective ways of measuring your loss, take your measurements, pick a piece of clothing to try on once a week to see if it's is more loose, take a photo once a week in the same tight clothes and same pose...

    I've lost 20lbs and I can't see it, but my fiancé says it is blatantly obvious.

    You might try to gauge based on how clothes look and feel...try on a pair of pants that might feel a little tight and then try again in a few weeks...I'll bet you'll notice a difference. Just because you don't feel it right away doesn't mean it's not happening!!! Good job on 15 pounds.
