Hello
Im not sure about others but i do great at the start of the week of jumping out of my bed at 6am and getting a early morning excercise in before work however towards the end of the week it seems to get harder and harder.
i know alot of it is will power and making yourself get up but id like to know peoples different ways of reaching that at that sleepy sleepy time in the morning!
Does anybody have any routines/advice etc that they use to help get themselves every morning to work out that they would like to share ?

I am a morning exerciser also. I just get my coffee, get on the treadmill, drink water and keep looking at that coffee as I don't get to drink it until I am done exercising. I actually have continued on to finish just to have my coffee!! Sometimes, I just have to put feet on floor, get dressed and get on treadmill. I am lucky as I have my treadmill and other things in basement and can just go downstairs. I also DVR my shows and blow through commercials so the time goes faster.0

I always set my alarm before my actual wake up time because I need the snooze time. I've read that it's good to lay on your bed for a minute with your eyes open rather than getting up straight away! Gives you time to compose yourself!
Then I get up and get my ice cold lemon water (wakes me up!) and multivitamins, wash up and then off I go!
What motivates me is the relief that I am done with my workout for the day and don't have worry about getting it in later! Food also tastes better since I enjoy it more at ease!
You could also try setting your alarm to a motivational song. Also seen people use moving alarms, alarms that require you to solve math sums to turn them off, and basically placing your alarm far away so you'd have to get up to switch it off!0 -
These help me!
*Changing into your workout clothes before you go to bed. Just so you don't make excuses for not getting dressed.
*Setting up whatever you need the night before in a tote/bag. Saves time, and helps gets you there faster.
*Looking at pictures of the "dream you" or any other motivation (posters, quotes, pictures) before going.0 -

Knowing I'll see at least 1 of 5 gym crushes that I have really helps me on days I feel like "meh" about going to go workout.0
