14 pounds by June 13?

Is it possible? My boyfriends birthday is June 13 and I would like to be at my old size. I am 174 now and I would like to be 160 by that day. If I start TODAY and am dedicated eating 1300 calories a day and walking 2 miles + jogging 20 minutes at 4.5, could I?

    I would vary the workout a bit. The running is great, but mix it up and throw other things in there as well. Try some 30 Day Shred from Jillian Michael (its a good, inexpensive DVD.. and the workouts are easy to fit into your day). I would also throw a bit of strength training in there as well.

    Are you looking at this like a "crash diet" simply to get to that weight "no matter what"? If so anything is possible. Best advice is don't eat too little and strength train in additon to doing strictly cardio. If you eat at a deficit and only do cardio you'll lose muscle.
