I had been on this stack for about a week : Policosanol ,Alpha-Lipoic Acid ,Green Tea Extract Garlic(allicin) had to stop the garlic as it was ruining my love life!!! Anyone else take this stack?? any suggestions for garlic supplementation without the smell?

    To reduce the garlic smell, the main thing you need to do is to find an aged garlic extract. this is sometimes referred to as AGE. There are a number of decent brands on the market if you want to continue to roll your own stack. Of course, if you want to make it easy on yourself I encourage you to check out our site. Even if you want to do something more customized, you'll find a lot of good articles on there about the logic behind various ingredient choices.
