:flowerforyou: I just made this soup and it is really good and easy to make:

4 15.0 oz. cans of Crushed Tomatoes
1 14.5 oz. can 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
18 Leaves of Fresh Basil, minced
1 Pint Fat Free Half & Half (Land O Lakes)
1 Tbls. Butter

Bring to a boil the Crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Once it is boiling, lower heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add fresh Basil, half & half and butter. Cook another 15 minutes. Awesome. Makes 8 or 9 (1 Cup servings)

Sounds yummy! I love tomato soup but there is always so much sodium in it....how much is in yours?

I would like to try this with a low sodium vegetable stock and replace the half & half with something dairy free....but what?
