Are they good for dieting? As a healthy snack? Are they actually bad for you?
Obviously they are marketed as super good for weight loss, I am not sure?

Do they taste good to you? Can you fit them into your cal/macro goals for the day? Then yes, they are good for dieting. Just like any other foods you enjoy the taste of.0

Delicious and low in calories but quite high in sugar, good alternative to chocolate0

I would not eat them because they are high in processed sugar, a complete waste of calories. If you want a sugar fix, eat some berries, greek yogurt with honey or an apple.0

They are so tiny and they taste a like a hint of chemicals and cardboard. They may work for you if you are someone in a hurry and not much of a foodie, but I find fruit and nuts more satisfying.0

Although I love my chocolate Special K Bars, I'd have to agree. They are essentially empty calories. But when I'm craving for that chocolate snack, I would opt for that instead of a actual real chocolate bar. Of course, having it as a treat once in a while is not a bad thing0
