I just had some baby carrots, cucumber with abit of vinegar and chili powder, and a pickle wrapped in shaved turkey.
    I love quest bars.
    Quinoa crunchies are good.
Neil brothers make yummy organic cheese puffs.

LOTS of different healthy lo cal snacks that I am addicted to!

    Lately:

Light Rye Wasa or Sourdough Wasa (2 slices = 70 cal) with a Laughing Cow wedge divided in half (one half for each slice)

Crisp & Light Wasa (3 slices = 70 cal) with a Laughing Cow wedge divided in thirds (1/3 for each piece)

Egg Salad on Wasa! (use light mayo, or use plain 0% fat green yogurt in place of mayo for more protein and less cals!!)

Quartered apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter divided by 4 (for each quarter).
Using various peanut butters for this. I alternate between the 3 Planters NUT-rition flavors and my standard Skippy Reduced Fat

Orville Reddenbacher 100 cal Smart Pop Single Serve w/ white cheddar flavoring sprinkled (no cals in the cheddar flavor!)

One that is an every day snack staple is a Chobani yogurt cup. Protein that tastes like a TREAT and keeps me from other sweet things.
