Anyone Want To Share Their Weight Loss Tips??

Start Weight February 8 2013: 208 lbs
Current Weight April 25 2013: 169 lbs
Goal Weight: 100 lbs

I'd really love to hear some of everyones rapid weight loss tips! I just want a few different ideas for my workout. I bike ride, walk, jog, run and clean my house daily for hours at a time.. Just curious if there is something more I can do, in order to lose 69 lbs fast!

Or atleast lose a majority of 69 lbs. :)

    Start strength training if your not doing it already. The more lean muscle you have, the more effectively your body will burn calories, and therefore fat when your not exercising.

    Also, 100 lbs is a significant amount of weight, so you will want muscle to fill in the empty space left by the vanquished fat.

    Stay hydrated, stay positive and stay full.
    Give yourself a break, give yourself goal gifts and give yourself bad foods once in awhile

    **oh, and just so you know, it may not happen fast....I'm almost a year and a half in and have only lost 35 pounds. But I have lost 4 pant sizes and made this a lifestyle, not a diet.

    Here is a small tip, not in the same league as exercising. I had a problem with snacking after dinner. So I took advantage of my aversion to flossing. I floss my teeth soon after dinner. That way I know if I snack, I need to floss an extra time. This is a deal breaker for me!
