NSV!!!! Making right decisions.

Well this may not seem like much to some but I so wanted a Chick fil A Cookies and Cream Milkshake today. I mean feening for one like a crackhead wanting a rock. I allowed myself to have one, but I have to wait until Saturday.

Used to be I would go get the shake and cookies too. But I'm learning the way to successful weight loss is to think about my health as opposed to the scale and not denying myself but sticking to the routines I have established for myself, the main one being no "dessert" until Saturday. Thank heavens only two more days:wink:

    This is SO what I needed to hear - I'm craving ice cream and was thinking about getting in the car and heading to DQ. Nope - not gonna do that now.
