300 days later

Then and now. Started with cardio and MFP. Now focused on weightlifting and maintaining. Can't seem to find my daily intake though. I hit my goal of going from 265 to 200 a couple weeks ago and now I'm down to 194. I'll keep adding a couple hundred each week until I stabilize.
