I am new to myfitnesspal. I started today. I have tracked my breakfast. I would like to have some encouraging people to chat to on here.

  • You can add me to your friends list. I've been doing this almost a month and have lost 16 lbs as of today. It's been so awesome and I love getting on here every day and finding out how every one is doing. This website has saved my life. The encouraement that I receive on here is fabulous!!!
