I need some advice on this issue...

Is climbing stairs or climbing uphill with 2 heavy bags approximate 4-5kg around school campus consider exercising? It makes me more hungry whenever I climb uphills after breakfast... ><||| What should I do? Eat something or leave it till next meal which is lunch?

Technically any activity that involves movement is exercise. As far as it counting against your base calories or needing to be compensated for with extra calories - I think that is going to depend on what activity level you are claiming in the first place. If it makes you hungry after breakfast, I'd be wondering if your breakfast is adequate. Are you getting some protein, fat and low glycemic carbs as well as as your basic sugar and starch (with high glycemic index)? You need a little fast energy in the morning, but you also need some slower burning fuel to get you THROUGH the morning to your next meal - which COULD be a mid-morning snack, depending on how you divide up your calories. I'm losing a reasonable amount of weight on an average of 5-6 meals a day - I just keep the meals relatively small in terms of calories and relatively high in satiety factors..
