Help! weight lifting advice please!!

I need some advice on what weight/body circuits to do for toning up?

    If by toning, you mean reducing bf% and retaining LBM, then get on to any intelligently designed strength training program:

    Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, All Pro's SBR or NROL4W.....

    The book You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren is pretty good, has exercises, food tips and the science behind strength training, definitely worth a read :)

    Hey, yeah i've done all sorts of weights before and exercise classes including weights like 'body pump' sessions

    Yep. I would try one of the programs listed above.

    I'd second this recommendation, I have nearly finished this book and it's excellent.
