It is actually not a bad program as far as exercises go, I do wonder what kind of weights she would recommend using though because it is 4 days of lifting and an additional day of circuit training w/ weights. It would be doable, but tough.0

I have the mag at home. I just had foot surgery so it's hard to do lunges, jumping, running. I can do squats and the single leg lunges. I will be doing it at home. The cable flyes I will use db's instead. I thought it looked like a great routine. I am usually gone on the weekends so not sure if I would do the circuit routine. I believe you can easily carry this on past the 30 days by changing some of it.0
