    Good topic as I really need to get my head in the game this week!
    Don't go over my daily calories
    Exercise at least 5 days this week
    No snacking after dinner!!! (this is a big one for me)

    to wake up at least 3 days this week and get on the "mill" for 30 minutes before work.

    my goals for the week is to much like the rest of yours and thats to stay within my calorie goal each day and make sure that i get my workouts in.

    My goal this week is to lose 2 pds at my weigh in on Friday. I'm going on vacation Aug. 9th and I have to lose 2 pds a week for the next 3 Fridays before we leave. Good luck to everyone on their goals!

    This week's goal is to get on my treadmill 4 times this week and continue on with my C25K program, stay within calories, & continue on this journey.

    Let Laila and Sugar Ray visit me in my bedroom at least 3 times this week (MWF)
    Do another exercise for atleast 30 min 2 times this week (TR)
    Throw a few walks (atleast 2) in there somewhere atleast 20 min long

    Log EVERY BITE!!!

    NO BREAD, PASTA, SWEETS or HIGH CARB FOOD
    And DEFINITELY NO COKES

    Gotta get into my wedding dress in exactly 2 months!!

    I'm pretty good at logging everything in... but I need to stay within my calorie allowance! That is my goal.
    I also need to get my workouts in. I have not been to the gym in at least a week.

    Exercise 5 days a week (3 days walking/2 days strength training or calisthenics and light cardio (aka Wii Fit) :)

    Drink 8+ glasses of water a day

    So far so good. Yesterday I worked out twice and stayed under calories. Trying to do it again today.

    did do so great on my goals this week.. DERN VIRUS... so i've spent the last few days trying to get back into working out and eating again (period).... So tomorrow is a biscuit for breakfast (my fiance only makes them on sunday) and we're having a cook out... but i'll be swimming all day so I'll work alot of that off...
    Next week.. I'm not gonna get sick
    and I am gonna shoot for the same goals!
