Ok...so....after A LOT of reading and using fitness frog TDEE - 30% My calorie intake is set at 1600. Does this seem right? I am not sure what to enter for activity. I walk all day long at my job. On my pedometer I clock anywhere from 9,000 to 12,000 steps a day and I work 5 days a week. I haven't been doing to much extra cardio just sit ups etc. Should I count that as light or moderate. Also should I do a 20% or 30% deficit?
Here are my stats

I put your stats in here --->> http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
and this is what I got (with light exercise as the factor):
BMR 1669
TDEE 2295
TDEE-20% 1836
I would personally recommend TDEE-20% because if you are eating too little that could backfire and just leave you hungry and lead to binges.
Also, your activity while you are working doesn't count towards your activity level. Only "extracurricular" activity counts. Your body is used to what you do on a regular basis. Your activity level is based off of the constantly changing circumstances of exercise.0
