i just hit day 6 and so far so good... i actually did 75 today so far... for me i have found breaking them down to sets of 25 through out the day works good for me... my legs are not wanting to buckle so fast !!!! can not wait to see after 30 days...0

April 25th -I just found this site and started this challange today. I heard about it from someone at my sons' school. I finished my 50 squats and i feel it! This is the are I need the most help in.0

just finished day 9 - 100 squats... my legs are feeling it ;-) never would have thought i would do 100 in a day and did by breaking them up into sets of 25 spread throughout the day bring on 2500

not to be negative or anything... but it would be better to increase weight rather than amount.
that many squats really cant be good for your knees.0 -

finished day 11 today... boy they are getting harder but my legs feel better!!! i can feel the muscle working ;-)0

I started, on day 5! However sprained ankle (not from the squats,hehe) means ill have to give it a miss and start again when I'm better. Definitely feel it working already after only 4 days though!0

Just started today 50 was tricky...don't know how I'll cope but fingers crossed!0

Just found this - have been doing with a friend, just done 100 (day 9) and can already see a big difference in the 'saddlebags' - it gets easier, day 1 was a mission, earlier I did 50 in one go :-)0
