    not to be negative or anything... but it would be better to increase weight rather than amount.
    that many squats really cant be good for your knees.

    finished day 11 today... boy they are getting harder but my legs feel better!!! i can feel the muscle working ;-)

    I started, on day 5! However sprained ankle (not from the squats,hehe) means ill have to give it a miss and start again when I'm better. Definitely feel it working already after only 4 days though!

    Just found this - have been doing with a friend, just done 100 (day 9) and can already see a big difference in the 'saddlebags' - it gets easier, day 1 was a mission, earlier I did 50 in one go :-)
