315 to 250 (6'1ft 24 year old man)

Well it has been since August but I just hit 250 pounds for the first time since high school. I started at about 315 but I am not quite sure because I didn't weight myself until I was a few weeks in to working out. I have been running everyday and lifting about 3 to 4 days a week. Its coming off slow due to my poor eating on the weekends and the food that is brought in to the workplace. Overall, I do not really care because what ever I am doing it working. My final goal is to get to about 200 pounds. I am a big guy with very broad shoulders, any lighter and I feel that I may look too thin, but we will see when I get there!
