I know I post frequently but today I HIT A HUGE MILESTONE! Started at 380ish ;) Today I am under 300 at 298! I KNOW its still a lot and I have awhile to go BUT, Its made all the difference! ANYTHING is possible y'all! If you want it, GET IT, dont give up! Keep going!
I have met a lot of people who are where I started who believe because you are so big its not possible, IT IS! And heres proof :)
